Conference Dress Code May 27, 2008

Filed under: Agenda, General Information — heatherscidconf @ 9:26 am

There isn’t a dress code for the conference, however, I do recommend that you keep in mind that the meeting rooms are usually on the chilly side, so bring a sweater.

1.  Friday evening is an outdoor barbecue

2.  Saturday’s dinner will be inside with putt putt golf and other outdoor activities to follow after dinner.

3.  You may want to bring a swim suit, walking shoes, golf clubs, tennis racket, bug spray and, sun tan lotion.

*Please remember this is a family event so no tank tops or cut off shorts.

Filed under: General Information — heatherscidconf @ 7:50 am

Registration has begun and I want to thank all of you who have already registered.  It looks like this is going to be a packed event, so please register now! The scholarship deadline has ended, so hopefully anyone that needed one applied before the deadline.

I’ve added a few more names to the faculty list so be sure to check that out.

If you haven’t taken a look at the tentative agenda you may want to do so.  This will give you an idea of what time you need to arrive on Friday and depart on Sunday.

Don’t forget to bring your item(s) for the “Going Green and Giving Back” silent auction.  All proceeds will go to the IDF – SCID Initiative, and then given back to the SCID Community.
